Elizabeth Jordan is the Deputy Legal Director at Make the Road NY. She helps lead the legal department which prioritizes legal services delivery, strategic litigation, and legal support of organizing campaigns. Elizabeth was previously Supervising Attorney of the Workplace Justice Project legal team at MRNY, representing workers and coordinating employment legal services and legal support of workplace justice campaigns. Prior to joining Make the Road, she was a Skadden Fellow and Associate Counsel at LatinoJustice PRLDEF, where she coordinated the Latinas At Work (LAW) Project and litigated workers' rights cases on behalf of low-wage and immigrant workers. Elizabeth holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
